'InfiniteAvenues' was born from a simple vision: to offer authentic Neapolitan pizza in London. The Romano family, since 1985, has operated our little pizzeria, nurturing recipes passed down through generations.
Our founder, Mia Romano, acquired the art of pizza creation while exploring Italy, learning from renowned pizzaiolos in Naples, pizza's homeland. After her return to the UK, her mission was to replicate the essence of genuine Italian pizza, staying true to age-old traditions and selecting only top-notch ingredients.
From its humble beginnings as a quaint 12-seat pizzeria, it has grown into a cherished local staple. Nonetheless, our allegiance to craftsmanship and authenticity stands firm. We persist in using classic wood-fired ovens, preparing our dough from scratch daily, and choosing the best ingredients available.
Nowadays, 'InfiniteAvenues' is still in the hands of its founding family, with the Romano's second generation at the helm of our dedicated team. Despite embracing innovation, the core of our establishment remains unchanged: making scrumptious, authentic pizza that unites people.
